iPhone 3.0 just released yesterday, follow the link for the official update site.
iPhone 3.0 OS was just released from Apple yesterday and it has me, jumping like a little school girl waiting for the opportunity to jail break it. I normally try to customize my phone to my needs and it seems that with JBing the iPhone, it will make things so much easier. I’ve only used jailbreak to get the ever so popular Winterboard application to customize my phone’s lock screen, and choose a custom background (black seems so unstylized nowadays).
This morning, I woke up and updated my phone to 3.0, meh…it still seems the same and I can’t seem to get the auto WiFi function to work, but I’ll look that up more later. As for MMS, which is something I’ve been wanting since I got my phone, I guess that will just have to wait until ATT releases it hopefully soon. So now, I sit here and wait for the jail break app to appear for download (sadly, I’ve been checking all day to no avail), but as I have read:
“If you want to jailbreak your phone now, you should make your own jailbreak app and see how long it takes you to release it…see if you can do any better.”
So for that, I won’t complain. I’d rather have someone make an app for me than make it myself. I’m not sure if you noticed, but I’ve even gotten lazy with this blog and changed it to wordpress to make things simple for me

So, it’s been a while since I’ve updated my blog, but I decided to add a few new things. I’ve added a few pictures in a new gallery simply called “Photography”. I’m going to try my best to work on my photoshop skills (since they are really rusty since my associates degree) and get my photoshopping up to par. Well, its getting late, I have to head to bed if I want to get to work in the morning, I’ll update more later, but please by all means…

PCHS represent!! I’ve added a new youtube video in the videos section. I must say, I love Paramore, but when you mix this band on Rock Band w/ paramore songs, and add in lights and a practice area in the Pearl City High School gym, you get a pretty damn good video. Can’t wait till School of Rock 2!

Reality – “the state of things as they actually exist”, Wikipedia definition
How is it that you can tell the difference when you’re awake or if you’re still dreaming? What if the events or things you are dreaming of are part of reality but also exist in dreams. For me, I believe there is a fine line between the two reality on one end — dreams on the other, but what if your dreams become a direct reflection of reality? You go to work so often that all you dream of is working; is that considered a dream or a vision of reality.
Sometimes I find it hard to escape the presence of it, leaving this world behind and going into my own world, where things are perfect and the overwelming essence of bills and rent seem to be nothing but a faint whisper in the distance. Enjoying the company of others and the happiness that friends can bring to your life seems like an easy thing to do, but sometimes can prove a struggle if fatigue and stress from a technical work environment. I guess I’ll live, but I just wanted to vent a little; let off some steam.
This question has been dwelling in my mind for months, it has actually plauged my mind since I made my decision of staying in Hawai’i and getting a full time job. The long thought dream of going to school for video game design and working for a high end game company like EA, Square-Enix, Sony, Bungie, etc. was shrouded by reality, the reality that in order to survive, you need to keep a stable, well paying job and worry about more than just your dreams. After reading a fellow gamer’s blog entry on the ever loving Facebook, a new light has been shed on the dream and the flame that was once distinguished has been reignighted with a passion so strong that it shall be the new focus of my life. Alright, so it won’t be anytime soon, since I’m still going to LCC for my liberals at the moment, but you get what I mean. Speaking of my liberals at LCC, my grades have been suffering, if you think about it, I have been taking my grades and stuffing them in a hand-sown bag and dangling them from the top of palisades trail. I can strongly say that economics is my kryptonite, and philosophy is just PIE, yes I said PIE and if you’re a CAKE eater, then you can hear this “PIE FTW!!!!”. The way things are going, I’m not sure if I can continue working at LCC, the one job I loved doing other than my REAL passion. I know I just have to focus on the current times and then everything shall set into place and I will be on track to my dreams and goals once again.
And for the answer to the question of this blog, “Yes, life’s goals and dreams become unreachable when reality sets in, but if you have faith and determination on your side, anything can happen. Only you can decide what the outcome of life gives you, and if you let life wear the pants in the relationship, you need to rape life and give it a good beating to show it who’s boss.”

First of all, this movie was not disappointing at all and has taken the marvel comic and brought it back to life. Since Marvel writers started writing their own movie scripts and taken the leap towards film-making, blockbuster hits such as Iron Man (2008) and The Incredible Hulk (2008) have been given a better storyline and plot. A comparison would be to the earlier version of Hulk (2003) which was a disappointment in my eyes. The special effects in The Incredible Hulk proved to be more flashy and elegant and give greater detail to the large green hunk of gamma radiation which in turn with high end action sequences and killer soundtrack prove to be the winner of what could be considered a “recovery of losses” from the 2003 equivalent.
One particular part of the new release, was the teaser in which an appearance by Iron Man (Tony Stark) would be seen in the movie and play a role in the storyline of Hulk. Again, I waited there, through out the entire presentation to see that scene which happened to be the closing scene of the film. Can anyone say “Avengers” much? I believe the hints at the end of both Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk give it away, and with the Captain America (2011) movie coming up, The Avengers (2011) will be well on the way. I’m hoping to see more movies written by Marvel in the future, with Hellboy II: Golden Army coming out, I’m sure we’ll see more of their creative juices flow from their genius minds.
It took a while for me to post this, but I know it’ll be well worth it. It’s Jason’s graduation video that I created after taking pictures and videos at the Pearl City High graduation ceremony. Let me know what you think. I honestly think I could have done better if I had a mac 
, but oh well.
